The key to thriving in corporate America wasn’t fitting in—it was showing up as myself.
That shift changed everything. I embraced my authenticity, and in doing so, I found my passion in my day-to day: mentoring, coaching, and helping others find joy in their work, advocate for themselves, and lead with confidence. I became the loudest cheerleader for those who, like me, needed to hear that their voice matters.
